Sauza Gold is a smooth Tequila with a fresh agave taste; plus an extra hint of cooked agave and vanilla. The agaves are milled and steeped prior to cooking the juices to extract the most natural, fresh, crisp agave flavour possible. They call this process "Fresh Pressed Agave".
