Booker's Bourbon is a small batch Bourbon that is cask strength and is hand selected by Noe Booker, Jim Beam's grandson. Originally this Bourbon was given away as gifts, but in 1992 it was finally released for sale to the public. Booker's bourbon is aged between six and eight years and is bottled un-cut and without chill filtering at its natural proof between 121 and 130. Whilst it is not necessary to cut the Bourbon, it is recommended to use a splash or two of distilled water to unlock all the flavours. some of the finer flavours are vanilla, mocha and coffee with a smokiness behind them. The finish remains cleans, but intense.
