Unique is certainly the correct name for this Whisky. Made from a mixture of malted and unmalted cereal, this is distilled in Scotland and matured across the channel in France.

This Whisky offers some notes of iodine alongside almond, some warm vanilla derived from 4 years in oak, and light florals on the nose. This finishes well, and is best served on the rocks.
