Coldstream Hills prides itself for having access to many of the best vineyards in the Yarra Valley. These sites are found throughout the upper and lower Yarra Valley with each vineyard providing a range of unique characteristics to the wines. Back in the late 1980s, James Halliday introduced single vineyard wines to Coldstream Hills and demonstrated their unique styles. The tradition recommenced in 2009 with the release of the Single Vineyard range.
The Deer Farm Vineyard Chardonnay is refined with great length, and is a classic Chardonnay from the cool Upper Yarra.
