Fully biodynamic production has produced an attractive mix of fruit and oak. This chardonnay boasts a juicy, savoury palate, with ripe fruit flavours balanced with a refreshing natural acidity. Time on lees has added complexity to both the aromas and flavours of this wine, enhancing palate weight and making it a perfect food companion.
Awards and Accolades
2015 Vintage: GOLD - International Organic Wine Awards 2016
2015 Vintage: 95 Points - James Halliday, Australian Wine Companion "It's best to open Primavera and let it breathe - as the seemingly fuller fruit and oak come out at once. Then, they fall back into the wine letting lemon blossom emerge, ginger spice on the finely tuned palate. The way this feels, the leesy, creamy texture and acidity spot-on."
