Vistamar’s ‘Brisa’ range varieties come from various zones in Chile’s Central Valley. This valley is characterised by a temperate, Mediterranean-type climate with a huge temperature range. The soils vary from loose sand to clay, with variable conditions in stone content, humidity and altitude. This allows a wide range of aromas, flavours and textures at Vistamar’s disposal, and so create fresh, fruity wines with smooth, friendly tannins.
Aromas of tropical fruits and toastiness. The palate is fresh and rounded with touches of vanilla and caramel. An excellent food wine.
