Pale gold in colour, delicate aromas of grapefruit zest and lemon curd with hints of fresh herbs and citrus blossom greet the nose. The palate is textural with zesty notes of citrus and grapefruit acidity. Wild yeast fermentation has been used to give extra layer of complexity and palate weight while retaining the full fruit flavours of the wine.
