Pink lady apples, fresh strawberries and freshly crushed grapes shine through with both flavour and aromas with this wine, the perfect partner to a light pasta meal.
The palate is lively and fresh as one would expect from a frizzante style wine. The palate tastes of freshly crushed grapes and Pink Lady apples.
Winemaking
Fruit was sourced from vineyards that were well protected from the harsh sun and which displayed the intensity required for this style of wine. Blend of Muscat Gordo Blanco & White Frontignac. A dash of Shiraz is added to give a pink hue. The fruit was picked and pressed cold, in new state of the art bag presses. Juice was left to settle naturally and then racked clean. The wine was fermented cold to retain fresh fruit characters. Fermentation was stopped once a balance was reached between alcohol, sweetness, acidity and bubbles.
