From the wonderful Adelaide Hills, this wine shows off the fruit driven flavours that only this area can provide. Flavours of nashi pears and hints of fragrant lemon. Brilliant with lemon and herb chicken, Pork terrine or even a lemon cheesecake.
From the Winery
This probably leans more towards Italy than Alsace in style, but really Stephen Pannell wants this wine to taste like Adelaide Hills. It shows classical varietal ripe nashi pear with some citrus and floral notes. This is a fruit-driven, crisp and dry white that exhibits pear and lemon characteristics, with fresh acidity and overall balance.
