Brilliant pale straw colour with watery hue. The nose displays lime and citrus top notes followed by some orange rind and green apple. The palate delivers mouthfilling flavours of ripe lime, citrus and mineral. Clean crisp acid finish with aftertaste of lime, citrus and mineral, excellent quality Riesling from this region.

This is a ripper of a Riesling made in a dry style with engaging clean zesty acidity that immediately adds to the elegant balance of the wine and provides complexity and excellent length. Flavours are long and intense in a citrus spectrum and finish clean, crisp and refreshing that with some perfect aging via the wineries cellar is now producing a long lasting wine of distinction.

Food Suggestions: This wine makes a wonderful aperitif on its own, and will complement oysters and sorbets. The finesse and elegance of this wine makes it ideal for immediate appeal. Aging over 8-10 years will see the added dimensions of toastiness and mouth feel.
