The Clare Valley provides intense flavours of fresh lemons, limes and focused natural acidity that marry perfectly with the restrained mineral acidity and fragrant floral aromas of the Eden Valley.
Wine Colour: On release the wine is very pale, almost colourless with a slight green hue.
Wine Bouquet: There are enticing floral aromas of orange blossom and jasmine along with lime and lemon and a hint of Thai mint character.
Wine Palate: The Clare Valley component delivers refreshing lime flavours with good mid-palate texture whilst the Eden Valley parcel adds a touch of mineral complexity and length to the finish.
Cellaring Potential: 8 to 10 years.
