Very pale straw in the glass, this Sauvignon Blanc opens with gooseberry, nettle, dried herb, and grapefruit aromas. Lively and refreshing, the palate delivers loads of varietal character and refreshing acidity.
From the Winery
The Estate grown fruit was harvested at optimal ripeness in the early hours of the morning and pressed to tank. After cold settling the juice was fermented in tank and kept on lees post fermentation to improve mouthfeel and complexity, before an early bottling to retain freshness.
