From a fully organic vineyard, where all fruit is biodynamically grown, hand-tended and hand-picked, comes a lively and interesting Sauvignon Blanc.
It’s the combination of fruit from different parcels of land in the area that give this it’s distinctive layers of flavour. The nose is heavy with passionfruit, nectarines, honey, and a slight herbaceous note. On the palate, there is a chalky mineral quality that balances out the fruit and makes for a rather savoury taste.
There is a hint of tropical fruit here alongside citrus notes - the combination of which makes for a tangy moreishness that keeps you coming back. This is one for enjoying right away, or at least within the next year or so.
