WINEMAKER’S NOTES – Patrick Auld
Lime green in colour, the wine has passion fruit and melon
aromas. These lead to a refreshing palate which exhibits both
gooseberry flavours and tropical fruit salad sweetness, with a
fresh acidity providing a clean, crisp and dry finish.
This wine has been bottled early to capture the fresh fruit
aromas and is ready for immediate enjoyment. It is an ideal
accompaniment to a wide variety of foods including summer
salads, grilled white fish, asparagus risotto, freshly shucked oysters,
or goats cheese. Serve chilled.
