Amelia Park has hit the ground running with their range of outstanding Margaret River wines. This has been recognised as the winery was named as part of the 10 Best New Wineries in James Halliday's Wine Companion 2012! Their Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blend expresses very clean fresh and crisp characters with aromas of passionfruit and pear and a lively crisp palate of lime and green apples that are the marks of this classic Margaret River blend.
The wine has a beautiful combination of pear and passion fruit on the nose. The palate is clean and crisp with lime, citrus and melon. Complexity has been added from wild fermentation giving subtle flinty characters

James Halliday - 92 Points! "A small amount was wild-fermented in stainless steel barrels. It is a delicate, though precisely proportioned, wine with minerally acidity the foundation for the blend and its length. I like the chances of significant improvement over the next 2-3 years, but there's no prohibition of earlier enjoyment."
