Another great vintage Margaret River has allowed the team at Hay Shed Hill to turn out this fab Sauv Sem blend.
The nose offers fantastic tropical fruit aromas of gooseberry, grapefruit and pineapple. There's a touch of grassiness with light herbal notes, a touch of lemongrass. Fresh and crisp on the palate, the fruit characteristics are really allowed to shine. Intense gooseberry and lime zest offer a fantastic mouthfeel. A zippy finish will keep you coming back. Drink it whilst its young.
