Perfect balanced acidity and flavour roll together like Punch and Judy but in a nice engaging way. Those two perennials of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon put on a great show when blended together. They immediately bond here with some oak as well to shout out flavour and clean lines that make a sessionable and thought provoking wine most suitable for the warmer days, long poolside afternoons and of course beautiful plates of Oysters and scallops with an old fashioned lemon butter sauce.
Definitely my pick of the week here for this white category and I hope you enjoy.
