These guys have just released a late-disgorged bubbles that is mindbogglingly good, but quantities are limited. Not that it will be rushing off the shelves; at $110 a pop it must surely be the most expensive fizz this country has made. Well, if it can compete with top frog fizz, why not? But this stuff (Macedon Rosé) can rock your world (or leave you hanging) for a much more reasonable price. Crisp; mouthfilling flavours; lovely. $25- $27.
