If you are ever after a reference for your service and what you supply then let me know. Tim said his objective was to deliver good wine at cheap prices. You certainly do this. We look forward to every case we get. Sometimes they are old favourites sometimes they are newly recommended. After about 2 years with you I have never been disappointed and I know we have friends who have become regular customers. We look forward to the occasional tastings although we do not always make them. From memory, every order I have placed has arrived on the doorstep the next day. Outstanding service. Thanks. Already your response time and concern sets standards and help guarantee return outcome and great word of mouth advertising. Let me relax you though by ensuring I'm not in a rush and it was a long weekend here (and in Victoria I believe) this weekend passed and AusPost can easily be a day or two late at their end. There are no major shocks or surprises yet, I was just checking to confirm with you (which you've done) that it's in the post (as I only had the automated response thus far, which is fine and dandy but on the first order with a little lateness I just pursue a human response as a matter of course, testing the water so to speak - subsequently with trust and confidence established teh automated one will probably be just fine).

Picked the wine up today and currently drinking the Pertaringa Understudy Cabernet 2003, which is awesome (so much so that I just ordered some more). Must admit that I tried another online wine company at the same time I ordered my last dozen from you guys. Their service has been **** and I am sadly disappointed on the quality. At least it taught me to stick to what I know is good.

I ordered 3 boxes of wine on-line yesterday afternoon, sometime after 4.30, and at 2.30 today I am sitting at Crib Point looking into the smoke haze over the bay and sipping on some wonderful Michelton Shiraz.
"How good is that"
