This wine will be most enjoyable right now whilst it is showing all the delightful mid weight fruit and intensity from this enticing mix of Chardonnay Semilon and Riesling.
The honeysuckle blossom and light citrus aromas just leap from the glass whilst the palate is filled with lively fruit flavours. The finish displays excellent crisp acid and lingering blended grape characters.
Traditional vineyard practices and harvesting in the cool of night provide a wine of great delicacy. This wine is the ideal pre-dinner white wine, a superb accompaniment to antipasto and particularly sushi, or for just whenever friends drop in and you want them to stay!
