Alexander Park Riesling 2004
Winemaking: The grapes were harvested in the cool of the morning to retain fruit freshness. After gentle pressing, the juice was cold settled for 72 hours and racked prior to warming for fermentation. Selected yeast strains and cool fermentation were employed. Post fermentation the wine was clarified and prepared for bottling quickly to ensure the retention of primary fruit aromas and flavours.
