FORMER WINNER OF AUSTRALIAN BOUTIQUE WINERY OF THE YEAR
A heady sight of deep crimson blood purple awaits the eye as it swirls into any glass......the nose is wonderfully perfumed with aromas of pure cassis, violets, blackberry combined with fine mocha-coffee - perfect 22 months of French oak and some enthralling earthy notes. The palate has really benefitted from bottle maturation, with flavours of ripe dark and red berry matched well by dusty tannins and chocolate flavours. Elegantly poised with a long finish. Don't miss out on this!
Matured in new French oak hogsheads for 22 months, the wine exhibits a complex but firm tannin structure and ripe fruit characters. The wine has excellent fruit concentration, great palate weight and an elegant nose, you are going to love it if you get some.
