Pinot Noir + Tassie = No Brainer. A spicy, red cherry scented number from the guys down at Frogmore Creek, driven by primarily red fruit with a slight hint of something tropical, it’s bright, fresh and has a medium weight and plush tannin structure that makes it the perfect partner to a good antipasto, but still has enough clout to take on more robust dishes. Basically this is your one-stop all purpose Pinot Noir. It’s the one I recommend to people whenever they come into the store and it’s the one everyone in the warehouse takes home when they just want excellent uncomplicated goodness. And it’s under 25$ a bottle. Bonus!
