A standout sparkling Rose from one of our favourite producers. This is light and elegant with fine effervescence, flavours of raspberry and redcurrant with an almost jammy note. The finish is fine with a good fruit and length.
This rosé is made by carrying out short maceration before pressing. Here we appreciate the expertise of Louis Bouillot with a blend of Pinot from the Côte d’Or, Gamay from South Burgundy and Chardonnay from the Maconnais.
