Hailing from the Yarra Valley, this is a lovely dry style of Rose that displays rosewater, red cherry and spicy, earthy scents on the nose. The palate is lighter-bodied and red fruited with bracken and deli-meat notes, gentle tannins, and a dry, savoury and spice finish. This is a great food wine that will go with anything from veggie to light pork dishes.
