Delicious Shiraz from this historic Victorian producer located in the North East of the state. Baileys have been making wine since 1870. This wine shows complex aromas of blackberry, blood plum & rose petals with hints of liquorice & spice. The full-bodied palate displays rich, ripe fruit flavours & a robust long finish full of flavour.
Today the Baileys winery is a boutique operation that showcases the best of both worlds. Many traditional winemaking techniques are used at Baileys, including the restored 100 year-old Basket Press. The ‘hands–on’ effort required for the grape growing and winemaking is testament to the passion of the Baileys team.

93 Points - Campbell Mattinson, Australian Wine Companion "Full-bodied but fresh. This will please many a red drinker. Blueberry, boysenberry, sweet licorice and plum flavours offer the palate plenty; sawdusty oak does the rest. Tannin is present but not dangerous. Right in the groove."
