Sourced from 20 year old vines planted in central Coonawarra, this Shiraz exhibits a beautiful deep purple-red with an intense nose of spice and berry fruits. Showing a good Shiraz sweetness, spicy white pepper characters and balanced with lots of oak flavours sneaking through,
Wine has been matured in a mix of American and French oak hogsheads for 16 months. A typically elegant Shiraz from Coonawarra this wine has cellaring potential of between 5-7 years or can be enjoyed now.
