Long Flat Shiraz 2008 |
| |
The 2008 Shiraz is vibrant red with an aroma of lifted cherry and plum fruits with a touch of white pepper and spice undertones. Juicy plum fruit fills the front and mid palate, followed by a minty finish with soft tannins and balanced acidity. A vibrant, soft and fruit driven wine.
'Long Flat Shiraz always been a reliable wine but we dare say it’s in pick form here. It’s hardly a show pony but gee, this is easy to like. Soft, sweetly ripened, fruity and delicious. Impeccable form and structure as the flavours move through your mouth. Good, fruit-driven, toasty finish. You won’t hear any complaints about this.' -Rating: 88.
