Winemaking Fruit is ripened on vines with generous canopies that allow the grapes to ripen gently and naturally. The fruit is picked and gently pressed, the juice is then allowed to settle naturally before being filtered. The wine is cold fermented to retain its fresh fruit characters. The addition of the strawberry flavour adds an extra dimension.
