Working in a Cellar Door for a couple of years, I was always surprised with the amount of requests I would get for sweet wine. Not having a palate for the sweeter things in life (I'm sweet enough myself), I just didn't get the new trend. Moscato is probably my only exception to that rule- light and lively the sweetness is always fresh and crisp!
