These guys are really on fire at the moment, producing great quality Pinot Gris at an outstanding price!
This light, slightly sweet but fleshy style of Pinot Gris is excellent value everyday drinking. Aromas of poached pears, lemon curd and lime juice leap out of the glass, along with a very subtle hint of ginger spice. The palate is a tad sweeter than expected, but still in the off-dry spectrum, with pear, apple and honey flavours, soft acidity, and a smooth finish. Give it good chill and enjoy on a casual evening with your mates and some creamy pasta with Morton bay bugs and a salad of pumpkin, couscous and pomegranate.

From the Winery
Once harvested the fruit was crushed and pressed; the juice was cold settled and racked to ferment. The ferment was carried out with selected yeast and stopped with some residual sugar. Post fermentation the wine was stabilised, clarified and bottled.
