I was very excited to be involved in the wine making of this vintage and in line with some of the best vintages on record, I reckon this is a monty to have you buying loads all year long! The wonderful Ketu Bay again provided good luck with a huge load of fresh and tasty scallops from this world famous region north of Marlborough.
This year I have been lucky enough to blend with the wine maker my personal preference for this aromatic and intensely flavour filled vintage to make you all go wild, for what I think is the best styled Dry, tropical white wine around!

A brilliant, clear to pale straw-green colour is enticing from the get go. Typical Marlborough Sauvignon aromas of grapefruit, passionfruit and ripe gooseberry with a hint of stealy flint as backbone, wrapped up with a lovably intriguing, mouth lingering complexity.
The palate is prime Marlborough, with fresh aromatics full of racy vigour. Flavours of passionfruit, gooseberry, melon and grapefruit are balanced by lime acidity and good fruit sweetness that round it out nicely. The palate is well structured and tapers to a very sessionable long, lingering finish. For Summer days, quelling the cacophony of noisy children or simply sharing a conversation with your partner, this is a classic Marlborough statement that will not fail to bring a smile to your lips.
