Fruit from the Goulburn Valley and Murray Darling regions was blended for this well-balanced Sauvignon Blanc that offers herbaceous notes alongside lush tropical fruit flavour. Fresh, crisp acid provides a refreshing finish that lingers.
From the Winery
This wine is made from a blend of fruit grown in our vineyards in the Goulburn Valley and along the Murray River. Following delivery and crushing of the grapes during the cool of the night, the Sauvignon Blanc juice was cold settled and racked. An aromatic yeast was used for inocculation and this parcel was cool fermented for 7 days. The resulting wine is fresh and vibrant showing lovely tropical fruit flavours with a hint of typical herbaceous Sauvignon Blanc characters.
