Captains Creek vineyard is part of a mixed organic farm situated at Blampied near Daylesford. The Chardonnay is 100% barrel fermented in 50% new Seguin Moreau French oak barriques with 11 months on gross yeast lees. These traditional wine making techniques add complexity and depth resulting in full bodied well balanced wines with classy but subtle oak characters. Perfect with Chicken and Mushroom Risotto
