When you place an order or register your details with us, we collect personal details to fulfil your order. Wine Box Warehouse can also identify which users are online and what pages they are on when logged in. We will often need to alert delivery services to details such as your name, address, and contact number (if provided). We store this information for future reference. On some occasions we add information to this to personalise and increase our communication with you and deliver your order. WBW will call you to confirm payment details where required.

Returns Policy

Your statutory rights require by law that with proof of purchase, a refund may be obtained if the product is defective, and wine box warehouse also offers an unconditional refund on all wines (Unopened and in a resaleable state) not too your liking within 30 days of purchase.

Delivery

All wines ordered from Wine Box Warehouse will be delivered in a timely fashion to your nominated destination at no extra charge. To ensure correct delivery to best maintain quality of the wines we ask for specific delivery details and where not provided will use Australia Post as preferred carrier enabling a card to be left informing you of wines available for collection at your post office.
