The Yendah Vale Sauvignon Blanc displays dominant citrus, passionfruit and lychee characters on the nose with underlying grassy notes. It has a full, sweet palate of lemon, lime and gooseberry flavours with mineral acidity providing a refreshing, lengthy finish. (Which simply means it won't cause acid reflux, just a longer more sessionable enjoyable drink!)
