Domaine Chandon Australia was established in the Yarra Valley, Victoria in 1985 by Moet Chandon. The wine has complex aromas and flavours and a rich, creamy finish.Get it flowing. Wipe the top of the bottle and pour the Chandon carefully into sparkling clean, clear glass flutes until no more than two-thirds full and return the bottle to the ice-bucket. A standard bottle should fill up to six flutes yet a magnum not only fills 12 flutes, but is also the optimum size to allow the champagne to mature slowly, thus providing a touch more finesse. However, if you are serving a nebuchadnezzar (120 flutes and name- size) chances are you'll need some help in pouring!COURTESY VANITY FAIR SEPTEMBER 1999.
