Once you've tried this you're going to want to know where its from (if only to get your hands on more) but we believe in keeping secrets here, so enjoy it while you can! The Barossa might get the first word on Shiraz but Central Vic is producing some big ole’ reds that won’t disappoint you either.

This wine is a terrific example of the region; typical Central Vic characters here: black pepper, bright blueberry fruit and a background of cedar and vanilla oak. The palate is a fruit bomb. Lingering fruit flavours shine throughout with a spicy end note that carries off a long and dry finish.
