Displaying a delightful melon and creamy peach nose, and with a persistence of fruit flavour that lures you into the next sip, the 2006 is a true, down-to-earth, sauvignon Blanc fearful Chardonnay, that will go perfectly with seafood and pasta.
The perfect winemaking technique and fruit from this wonderful micro climate, add the perfect weight and make the wine go on for ages as a mouth filling pleasure. Surely not an experience to miss, and at well below half price grab some now for a thought-provoking spalsh of summer this winter, not to mention a few put aside for the real thing!
