This “classic Coonawarra” Chardonnay shows beautiful pale straw colour with perfect green hues and has a wonderful complex nose displaying fresh and vibrant stone fruits. The palate is crisp clean + fresh and vibrant, displaying pure white peach, nectarine and lychee fruit flavours accompanied by subtle creamy and nutty notes derived through the oak maturation process. The full and complex palate of fresh fruit and mineral notes compliment the soft, creamy mouth feel. A succulent and balanced wine with an elegant structure, fine texture and excellent persistence of flavour.
