Here's a real delight. On cooler evenings you can still drink a lovely white wine. Pinot Grigio for me is the perfect white for the cooler months, but also a winner during the warmer months too.
Immediately it is an attractive pale straw colour with copper edges. The aromas leap from the glass, showing bright, crisp fruit characters of green apple and ripe pear. There's good weight of fruit on the palate with the natural acidity keeping the wine tight and good palate length.
Serve as an accompaniment to seafood, salads or vegetarian dishes. You'll reach for this time and time again so make sure you order enough to last!
