Yum, textural and almost a perfect summer white wine with white peach - pear - stone fruit and awesome layered depth. There is some wonderful spice with this wine and the layers wash gently against your soul as you turn the page of another book and decide the wine needs some perfect accompaniment for dinner.....A Butter Chicken / Snapper fillets and fries with Aioli - whichever you choose this wine will turn up the volume and provide you with a dinner to remember.
It won't matter whether it's classical or rock - This wine is music to the ears and should be drunk with food , frivolity and excellent friends.
Vineyard Notes
The 2015 vintage throughout the Limestone coast region was the earliest on record. An ideal growing season of slightly above average temperatures and dry conditions produced outstanding fruit in excellent condition with vibrant varietal character.
Cool fermented in vat, this wine was bottled early to retain freshness and zest. Light, dry and textural with notes of pear and a hint of savoury spice and herb. Perfect with antipasto and all types of seafood. Or try with a Waldorf salad and some grilled chicken.
