Shiraz 2006 - The Shiraz is big, bold and full flavoured, ready to share with the best of friends. Perfect for relaxed dining, this little beauty has berry fruit aromas & the expected mid palate richness of chocolate and spice. The palate also has a nice little whack of fresh berry dominated structure with some oak influences and lively warm tannins adding structure and balance. Chardonnay 2004 - Here is another wonderful fruit driven wine with a lovely balance made by the superior vintners from Strathbogie areas in the north of the state of Victoria and cool climate cleanness and wonderful balance of melon, stone fruit and some creamy length make it all the way into my favourites list. Perfect acidity levels also provide some structure to the wine and it is a ripper right now for drinking anytime of the week.

Sauvignon Blanc 2007 - Smashing New Vintage and label for us here at Wine Box and didn't this take us by surprise at the last tasting! Perfect served ice cold with grilled sea bass-(I know you all do a lot of fishing for Sea Bass!) - or crisp dressed salads, it's and exceptional example of fantastic South African value. Like a blend of Loire Valley and Marlborough styles, the nose shows hints of grass, fresh herbs and tropical fruits, which follow through to a well balanced palate. This Sauvignon shows tropical fruit, citrus and herbs on the nose, crisp acidity and a clean lingering finish.
Shiraz Cabernet 2004 - Here is another wonderful fruit driven wine with a lovely balance and sensational soft tannins. This is a lively and exciting blend of premium enticing peppery Shiraz and a nice lick of well ripened Cabernet that has been sourced predominantly from the rich central Victorian Premium wine regions and surrounding States. Absolutely perfect for these summer nights , BBQ's, home made Pizza with loads of hot Salami and Anchovies with chili.

Cabernet Merlot -This wine is a dense inky-purple colour with an enticing, perfumed nose displaying redcurrant, blackberry and chocolate notes and concentrated berry flavours. The palate is powerful, yet elegant with well-integrated fruit, some spicy French oak and fine-grained tannin to finish. The grapes for this Cabernet Sauvignon were picked and crushed during the cool of night, thus ensuring the retention of varietal character, while modern winemaking techniques were employed throughout.
