Don't miss out on this smashing Cabernet from the near perfect 2010 vintage! This release from Cloverleaf offers up a beautiful, fragrant bouquet of ripe cassis, violets and some cedary cigar box notes. Full and rounded through the palate, this is perfectly balanced. It's drinking very well right now, but will offer improvement with another 5 or so years under it's belt.

The Coonawarra wine region is synonymous with the classic variety of Cabernet Sauvignon. This rich, well balanced wine exudes classic Cabernet aromas of violets, cassis and cigarbox. The palate is round and luscious with flavours of berry and ripe plums with soft tannins giving length and complexity. A flavoursome wine, showing excellent depth which would be ideally matched to aged beef or game dishes such as duck.
