The brand new release of the Non vintage Croser is rich and seems to deliver the best of the fruit from terrific stocks of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Great bead, semi to dry style and definitely punching above its weight as my good lady wife tells me daily! As you would expect from one of Australia's best sparkling makers, the flavours are a beautiful blend from light pear of Chardonnay to nectarine and some apple and red currant of Pinot Noir. Simply a great drink from excellent components and it will be interesting to see if they can keep the quality going!
Methode Traditionnelle from Petaluma's vineyards. The acid softening malo-latic fermentation(MLF) contributes a nuance of crème brulee aroma to complement the emerging brioche character of the yeast contact and the ripe Chardonnay and Pinot Noir fruit. Great price YUMMY result! Buy Buy Buy!
