Elegant Desire comes from a Halliday award winning Winery in Victoria, renamed under the questionable label of Elegant Desire, this blend has caused somewhat of a stir throughout the warehouse!

Bulls blood crimson with intoxicating aromas of violets and cassis. The palate shows delightful layers of plush fruit and soft, integrated tannins. The flavours combine chocolate, cigar box and tobacco and it is perfectly suited to grilled meats, game or blue cheese. It is made to enjoy as a younger wine but could be cellared for up to 6 years if you felt the need to hold onto it.
