Avonmore Estate is located 30 min north of Bendigo, the farm has a mix of cattle, sheep, grains and wine grapes all grown on a certified organic land. This Shiraz has dense purple-red colour and an almost impenetrable array of black fruits dominate the bouquet, with some savoury aspects, and well-balanced with integrated oak. This wine should be served from a decanter to maximize the full flavours.
