Ripper Coldstream Fruit in 2005 has allowed these guys to make a richer. more complex Pinot. Clear, bright and dark cherry red in colour it has small berry characters on the palate. A superb mouh feel; plush with sweet fruit.
A very good Victorian Pinot that brings some wonderful deep cherry flavours together with some softer tannin and good length. Wonderful accompaiment to pasta and antipasto dishes or the weekend news paper and quite contemplation.
